Grandma's Frozen Noodles
Since 1961, Grandma’s has been making thick-cut, homestyle egg noodles with a cult-like following across the Mountain West. Manufactured on the original steel machines from the ‘50s and ‘60s in a small Colorado facility, these noodles have stood the test of time thanks to their unbeatable texture and simple, high-quality ingredients. In 2024, Project Gamma acquired Grandma’s with a bold vision: to revive a beloved heritage brand and wake up a sleepy category with a product that’s anything but ordinary.

Wildly Virgin
Wildly Virgin is a bold take on extra virgin olive oil—small batch, wildly flavorful, and unapologetically Portuguese. We partner directly with passionate producers across Portugal, sourcing olives that are harvested and pressed within hours for maximum freshness and flavor. Every bottle tells a story—from the rugged groves of the Alentejo to the granite hills of the Douro. No blends, no shortcuts—just world-class olive oil meant to be savored, shared, and shown off.
